Staff is very friendly and helpful but service for room service was very slow- took over an hour to get a few basic dishes. Rooms were nice, clean and big. Overall we had a nice experience but I think this hotel is priced too high for what is offered. If I had known what was at the hotel and in Aqaba I would not have stayed in this town and this hotel for such high prices. "
