"Staffs are friendly but they won’t be at desk all times, no problem communicating with them through WhatsApp when needed. Free breakfast are great. Very quiet. Rooms are spacious And location is great , pretty much middle of the city and within 15-20 mins for walking to attractions"

"Beautiful place to stay ! Wonderful staff"

"The apartment complex is conveniently located directly across from the metro station, which was a huge plus. However, the accommodation has a shared entrance, with individual rooms featuring private bathrooms. I may have overlooked this detail in the listing, but it’s worth mentioning for travelers expecting an entirely private apartment. The unit was clean, had everything we needed, and served its purpose well, as we were primarily there to sleep."

"Excellent stay for our last night in Italy. Visited Ostia Archeological site. Hosts were very helpful and property was delightful."

"Le personnel ainsi que la chambre sont parfaits, mais le déjeuner est peu varié, très peu de chose pour manger."

"Excellent!"

"Had an amazing 3 night stay with my mum. Room was clean and comfortable, having the terrace was lovely to sit out after a long day. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. When you check in you use the buzzer at the entrance to the right of the top of the Spanish Steps. But once checked in you get a key to an entrance at the bottom of the steps as well, very handy depending on where you have been for the day. Look forward to visiting again!"

"I stay overnight at the Yellow House. My stay was excellent. Enrica was very nice helping me with everything specially with my transfers to the airport even when my flight was delated a couple of times. She is very special. I sure recomend this Hotel very much."

"Liked the location in terms of proximity to things I wanted to see, but I had no idea how loud this area is. All night there were sirens, honking, people yelling, and loud cars and motorcyles, making it hard to sleep. The windows are not sound-proofed. Also, as some other travelers noted, there are 10-12 steps from the entrance door up to the elevator, so it is not great for people with heavy luggage or older people. Plus on the day I left the elevator stopped working, so I had to get down three...

"I can't say enough about this hotel. But to begin with: - The location is outstanding -- many, many shops, bars, restaurants just steps away on this pedestrian only street - The rooms are larger than what I'm used to for a hotel room in a big European city and are very clean - The staff is so friendly and helpful - Despite being in an area full of pedestrians, the room was very quiet - It's location allowed us to explore Rome entirely on foot -- the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, the...
