"Only hotel that I saw in the area, but well worth the price! The owners keep everything shipshape! The pool looked so inviting but we didn’t swim. We walked a lot at historical sites and museums so we didn’t work out but they have a small one that looked very clean! Front desk people were super friendly and helpful… our room/bathroom was clean and bed very comfortable!"

Room was nice but lacked the touches that were needed to make it totally functional and well supplied: tissue paper ran out right away, no shower cap, no magnifying mirror, TV very hard to operate, etc. Even after requesting it, the trash was not taken out during our entire stay."

"It was an awful stay!!! 1. The web site stayed they have shuttle service to Liberty University. They did not and was told to take an Uber. That one of the major reason for me to stay at the La Quinta Later was told by a staff member they don't have enough staff to provide the service anymore. 2. Let see what did not work. The phone. Had to get a new one. The TV remote. Had to get a new one. The bath tub did not drain properly nor did the sink by the vanity. They fixed it. They said they did...

"The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We stayed three nights, left for the weekend, and then stayed two more nights in a different (wheelchair access) room. The wheelchair rooms are HUGE! Breakfast was fine if not exciting, and the staff was absolutely wonderful and friendly. We felt well taken care of. As an added bonus, you get 10% off your meal at the Fishin' Pig next door where we ate most nights, and it was spectacular, too!"

"The property is for sale. Expedia advertised the Lee room, where I stayed, as having a private bath. It was not private. It should not be mistaken for a B&B because it does not serve breakfast. There is a full kitchen if you bring your own food. The curtains in my room came off the rings when I pulled them closed. It's a little expensive for what you get, but if you're looking for the minimum in that area, I guess you could do worse."

" We stayed at the hotel from May 15-17. We were completely not satisfied with our stay due to the lack of cleanliness, lack of water pressure, and unsanitary issues we experienced in our room. To summarize: + the bed looked like it was slept in when we checked in + there was brown water in the ice container + there was a lot of hair strands in the sink and on the toilet + there were large wet stains as we entered the room. + the towels had brown and black stains on them. + the water pressure...
