"Comfortable, clean room; wonderful staff, great breakfast"

"It was a perfect place and space for pets!"

"When checking in I stood at the desk for about 5 minutes before the clerk, who was sitting in a chair behind the desk playing on her phone, realized I was there. I was not informed of the restaurant hours so I had to go somewhere else for breakfast. I also did not receive or was not offered a cookie as advertised upon check in. Also need to check the lights in the parking lot as there were several dark spots where lights were out."
