"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room faced the river, and the view was beautiful and very relaxing. The hotel is conveniently located next to the casino, which offers several restaurants to choose from. We found this especially convenient on evenings when we did not feel like driving elsewhere for dinner. The parking garage had plenty of available spaces, making parking easy and stress-free. The breakfast could offer a greater variety of options, but it was more than sufficient for our needs. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The only minor downside was that the internet connection was occasionally spotty."

"Over all our stay was very pleasant. The hot tub ruined my bathing suit as well as a ring. And it’s very close to the pool where kids are playing pretty rough. Other than that it was a pleasant stay."

"The room was very very clean and alit of space, the staff are so sweet and so very helpful....They love there jobs and happy making all the kids happy. The pool was great kids loved everything about our trip and had a great time."

"The room was dirty. The sheets for the sofa bed had stains on it, no extra blankets for the sofa bed. Towels were stained and not enough for a family of five. The staff wouldn’t help my 17 year old grandson when the vending machines took his money (I was at Dollywood when this occurred). The safe didn’t work, coffee pot didn’t work. We checked from Friday to Sunday and nobody offered to fix anything. Will never stay there again."
