Loved the property. 2021 was the hotel's 2nd season in operation. Newly built and nice looking rooms (although limited storage for clothes as there are no drawers other issues such as the outdoor door was hard to close, and a broken shower head holder). Loved the morning and evening buffet (half board means included breakfast and supper). Buffet staff very kind and attentive. Facilities were clean (and COVID measures - masks, gloves at buffet for example - were taken more seriously than in other Cretan venues). Visited in early October, red flag was up the entire time so couldn't swim in the ocean. The pool was cold and not heated so we could not make the best of our experience at the hotel's beautiful beachside/poolside area. Beach is mainly covered by a wooden deck and is narrower than in neighboring hotels, but is well designed with comfy lounging chairs and bar service. The vast majority of hotel clients are Germans, and staff will likely speak to you in German.

Hôtel à fuir

Hôtel avec accueil déplorable, pas aimable, la Direction de cet établissement n'a qu'un seul but,faire consommer ce qui n'est pas inclus dans votre séjour. Hôtel situé dans un terrain vague loin du village le plus proche qui est à 10mn en voiture. Plage inexistante,un mètre ente le béton de la terrasse et la Mer. Quant à la restauration, c'est du standard international sans intérêt, le service au restaurant est entièrement à revoir, lorsque vous êtes à table le personnel guette le moindre de vos gestes pour vous servir des boissons dès que votre verre est vide.il y en a un même qui vous flanque votre serviette sur les genoux.on croit rêver. Ce ne sont que des amateurs. Quant à la chambre, vous serez obligé de chasser les moustiques, car pas de moustiquaire sur fenetre de la chambre, et Comme la route principale de Crète est à 200 m environ, vous serez obligé de dormir fenêtre fermée avec la climatisation. Quant à la piscine, fermeture à 18h, juste quand la température devient agréable. Conclusion si vous cherchez de l'authenticité, n'y aller pas !
