"This Hotel does not deserve 5 stars. Except from the Beauty of the site, le chateau and the Parc we had a very disappointing experience, considering the price :

At breakfast,25 minutes wait for 2 poached eggs and gluten free bread although I had mentioned it on numerous occasions. The breakfast buffet was covered with flies. There was no service by the pool and when we...

"Boutique hôtel in the center of the charming village of Marsanne. Extremely well renovated and decorated with subdued luxury. Great breakfast. If weather permits, I recommend sitting outside by the fountain. Friendly and helpful staff"

"Kamers waren goed. Bedden lagen lekker. Kamer was schoon op wat twijfelachtige plekken in de badkamer na. WC stonk wel. Prima voor een nacht op doorreis. Hotel is wel aan een opknapbeurt toe, maar voorzieningen zijn op zich prima."

The room was lovely with a nice view over the interior garden. Unfortunately the weather was rainy and we did not get to enjoy the gorgeous garden as much as we wanted but it was fun seeing the chefs picking herbs in the morning! Of course the high light is the restaurant and it did not disappoint!!...
