We had a very comfortable stay in this apartment. It was clean and well kept. The only down side was that it is on a busy main road and it was quite noisy late at night.

Very large apartment but needs minor fixes.

Great very large apartment that could easily be used for long stays. Very modern, very safe. but minor issues: 3 of 6 fire sensors were missing/stolen? No microwave. Power sockets at each bed used by lights so no spare sockets for chargers. Street parking very difficult, pre-book limited onsite parking a must. Claimed 24/7 WhatApps support but messages unanswered.

Stayed here for 4 nights as 5 friends for Tomorrowland such a friendly check in and the entire stay was just great would recommend to anyone the place was very clean and so huge the pictures don’t do it justice!!

Pleasant and modern apartment.!!

2nd time using ONE LUX. Apartment was as described however a broken door handle restricted our use of the balcony however when mentioned was all in hand for maintenance to attend later in the week which was too late for us. The down side this time were the uncleaned floors and the neighbours being rather loud to 4am 2 of the nights we were there. Having a small child with us caused many a disturbed night.

Excellent appartment. Spacious, good beds. Nice to have 2 seperate showers and toilets. What we didn’t like: the furniture 3 chairs) on the big terrace are completely finished. We set in one and the back kind of collapsed. They should be replaced as soon aa possible.

Great apartment, some check in issues

We had appartment 201 for four persons for 2 days for a concert. Big appartment so lots of space. The balcony was small with only two chairs but did not manage to use much during the few days. Could have stayed in this accommodation again. Quiet area, mainly residential. Tram only about 200 m from building. Only complaint we had was that it took us some hours to get into The appartment as we had not receive the code info for the doors beforehand. The two phone number on the confirmation where no answer and could not be messaged, the number on the sign on the door where not in use… found chat on hotels.com and got in contact with a representative from them there that contacted the accommodation and then received the info needed. After that everything were excellent
