We then ended up staying at Hôtel MENABE'L, which is normally a cheaper hotel. We still had to pay the price for Bira Hotel, which was 50% higher than the listed price on Hôtel MENABE'L. This seems like a scam, in which both hotels might be involved with. I would hence recomond caution to book hotel with either of...
