"After staying in 7 different hotels in 7 days in Portugal, the Suave Mar easily stands out as the best. Reception and bar staff (the only staff that I had contact with) were outstanding. The cleaning of my room and the rest of the hotel demonstrates the high standard of the domestics work. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpfull, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. It made for a super enjoyable stay. EFM"

"I so wish I had more than one night. The staff (2eonderful ladies) at the front desk were amazing. They have a local cab driver who is remarkable. Wonderful breakfast, beautiful grounds and I easily would have paid double for my incredible suite. Need to treat and pamper yourself ??? This is the place !!!! "

"From check-in to airport drop-off, TOP NOTCH = all 5 stars!! From the front desk staff at check-in, she helped to connect with rental car and even came to the car rental location with the van driver; just to make sure that everything went smoothly. Now, its 2025, who does that ?!?! Apparently, she did! Not even any of the world-wide Marriott hotels that I have stayed at had come anywhere close. She add ua to the 5am airport shuttle ride. We ate there. If my 8-yo family pasta connoisseur...

"Everything was immaculate..big bathroom big bed..felt like a cozy home...big lit wooden fireplaces were inviting and took the chill of the night away.. the hosts were very kind and accommodating..breakfast was full of fresh pastries and fruit"
