Sehr schönes Stadthotel in Antalya - alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Altstadt ist sehr gepflegt, viel Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants . Alles in allem sehr entspannt

Excellent hotel and experience. After reading negative reviews we decided to check it out ourselves. We were not disappointed in any way. Staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. We received a free upgrade. We will return to this hotel

I did NOT like this Hotel. Most of the charm is the location in Kaleici. But the actual hotel is not good. I would recommend avoiding! Rooms not very clean: Firstly, the rooms are not well maintained or clean. The mirror in our room was covered in white streaks. And for anyone who uses dental floss, they know it’s the streaks from those white food particles on the mirror. Disgusting. Rooms not brought up to current standards: I understand the buildings are often quite old. But with the prices being charged here (these hotels are not dramatically cheaper than what you can get for a mid-tier hotel in North America), you would think they would have appropriate electric outlets near the beds. Instead, we had to unplug the TV on the opposite side of the room to plug in our electronics. We stayed in 4 hotels during our stay in Turkey and this was the only hotel that did not have appropriate electrical outlets in the right locations (several locations, including beside the beds). I’ve stayed in similarly priced old style hotels and they at least renovate their hotels. This hotel looks like nothing has changed in decades. Breakfast was awful: The eggs were watery, the orange juice was just some powdered crap. Given that this hotel is attached to the Seraser “fine dining” restaurant, I would guess the food would be half decent. But it was not. Poor Hotel Upkeep: Several of the lighting fixtures in the Seraser restaurant, where we had breakfast, had power cords that were taped up.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, odanın manzarası çok hoştu. Antalya Kaleiçi gibi hareketli bir yerin içinde kalabalıktan bir anda uzaklaşabileceğiniz kadar huzurlu, eğlenceye kalabalığa katılmak istediğinizde de hotelden çıkar çıkmaz dahil olabileceğiniz kadar da yakın.

Çok Eskimiş
Eskiden güzel ve gösterişliymiş, çok belli. Bahçesi hala muhteşem. Ama çok eskimiş. Ciddi bir renovasyon şart. Housekeeping yeteri kadar titiz değil. 3 gün odama kirli yüz havlusu koydular, resepsiyona söylediğimde ise çok pişkin bir tavırla karşılaştım. Önümdeki balkonda bir küllük vardı ve 5 gün boşaltılmadı. Kahvaltı malzemeleri çok düşük kalite. Doğru dürüst bir peynir ya da reçele rastlayamadık. Kahve bile çok kötüydü. Sabun, şampuan vs. de epey dandik. Ancak genel ambiyansı ve Kaleiçi havası içinde olması bizi mutlu etti.

Great Place if you are visiting the Old Town
The hotel is beautiful. Located in the Old Town. The room was large and mine had a balcony. The breakfast had a large offering of items. It is a great place to stay if you want to see the historic sites in Antalya and go to the beach. If you are planning on seeing the ruins outside of town than this a terrible place to stay. It is not located near any highway and there are no signs to help you, except to the airport.

We took 4 day holiday to Antalya with my daughter and stayed at the Tuvana hotel over the trip. Hotel was near big streets but enough far away to be in a nice quiet and secluded area. Our room was in a building were there was breakfast dining hall and aitalian restaurant just under our balcony. We liked our possibility to go out to many different streets from our room, there were lots of different exits from out room location. Aircondition + Swimmingpool + Food + Restaurants + Stuff + Hotel was overall really nice and already planning to go back later this year!

Honestly everything was great, the small was a bit smaller than I expected, but I’m not sure that might’ve been on me because I didn’t read the details properly, other than that I had just one problem which the bathroom door and the bathroom shower, the door would not lock and the shower was too small, other than these stuff, it was great. Great location too, although parking was tricky.

A great hotel in the heart of Antalya, in the pedestrian area. A bit hot in the summer, but our room had A/C. Staff was very polite and helpful.

This property is located in the center of everything where you can find lot of dining, shopping & transportation near by to go anywhere. You can walk to the shopping area. This area seems never sleep alway live with fun. We really loved this hotel because of the location but little congested due to old & historic building.

I wanted to love this hotel so much but I was very disappointed. The grounds are beautiful but the rooms are run down and worn. Breakfast was terrible. Overall I would not stay here again. I hope they make some updates. Also Expedia needs to start visiting the properties they promote.

Disappointed! At first it looks like a Tuscan villa, but at a closer glance the property is in two different buildings. One for office and pool, other for rooms and restaurant. Tub impossible to get into, too high and very narrow, old people will not be taking shower here. Bed too soft because old, we needed to ask for 2nd pillow, room is wood and floor creaky. And i hope you don't mind smells and noise from downstairs restaurant. And a 5am wake up call from musjid down the block is every morning.
