"We (group of 4) were delighted by this beautiful hotel. It is set on a mountainside surrounded with fruit and coffee plantation. Our rooms were clean and bright, with modern ensuite bathrooms. We enjoyed our meals in the dining area, with fabulous view over the valley and distant hills. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and lovely. Best of all - the staff are wonderful, helpful, cheerful, friendly and so patient with us travellers. Only one challenge: the road up to the hotel is in poor...

"Fantastic views, staff were always very friendly. The hot tub was quite nice to enjoy the scenery, but the room overhead fan did not work and with panoramic windows the room got very hot during the day. A small floor fan provided a bit of comfort but not much else. Not much path lighting walking to your room at night."

"Clean, friendly environment, good customer service. Expensive drinks and breakfast could be improved.. amazing view"

"Very nice place with an amazing view! The lady that greeted us and checked us, and was super helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend."

"Good experience. This series of everything"

"Friendly staff, clean, nice food."
