"My room was clean and nice. The staff were very pleasant. There was a personalized note in my room for me. Made me feel special. The only issues I had the toilet stopped working and the hot water side of the water in the shower and kitchen sink was discolored. I spoke to the staff about it and they changed my room to make necessary repairs. The replacement room was good"

"Arrived at night and the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy but, upon getting checked in and hearing the sound of the water, everything was all good. Room was very nice.
