"We liked the mini refrigerator, adequate hot water, coffee maker (Kerug), The room was pretty quiet. We didn’t care for the steel chairs to sit in as they were not comfortable. We only had one luggage stand and would have liked two. We couldn’t figure out how to get movies on the tv, and the directions supplied were inadequate to give us the functionality. We also found that the placement of outlets in the room was inconvenient for charging electronics ."

"The property was fantastic. The ocean view from our room was amazing. We enjoyed the hiking trails and the spectacular views! The food was good and the bar staff were friendly. A larger bar would be nice , but the ability to order a drink and take or to a different location nearby the bar with spectacular views makes up for a smaller bar."

"The rooms were very quiet and clean the bed was so soft and comfortable and the washer and dryer were a great help and the view was amazing"

"Big mowed field for kids to play in with view of the ocean. Billiards table as well was fun for us to play on."

"The property was nice , clean. Everyone nice and helpful. No cleaning during stay , but able to get amenities from front desk. My only complaint, and I’m sure can’t be helped, but room smelled like a fireplace . Very strong. And we never used fireplace."

"Great Experience"

"It’s been our go to about every 5 yrs of 60 living in Ca. This visit, staff was fabulous, food OK, but EVERYTHING overpriced. The avocado toast had barely a hint of avocado. I was charged $5 for a side of avocado, and charged $2 extra for oat milk in my cappuccino. The showerhead gave off a light mist vs an actual shower in room 33, so we both gave up and skipped showers. The robes and towels are old and scratchy. We spent just under $1,000 in our 18 hour visit!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The view is fantastic. The staff extremely kind and friendly. Overall, the property is very quiet, quaint, and peaceful. It is an older hotel although everything is in good condition and very clean. The jacuzzi tubs are quite loud so we did not use them much. Also we did not try the coffee and pastries, but only because we are early risers, already going about our day by 8am. The town of Point Arena is a gem… we will be back!"

"Construction in front of hotel and construction behind the hotel. The construction noise behind the hotel was past midnight w loud machinery and beeping. If your plan is to sleep naturally vs pass out from all the wine drinking, might be the best place."

"The Grill needs to open earlier for travelers."

"Nice place and nice location. But very thin walls and when a car parked in our spot and then was idling from 445 am to 5 am we didn't get any more sleep. When we asked the manager why that spot isn't for the room we were we were immediately given an odd and defensive reaction and were told we were staying in the cheapest($200) room and that we should have contacted her...at 445 in the morning! Not sure how to do that since the staff was all gone at 3 pm night before. Not sure why if you're in...

"This place IS A GEM!!! Very pet friendly, nice staff, grounds are beautiful, complimentary breakfast is really, really good. This place has a great location close to everything. "Exceptional hospitality and communication by Blythe, Laurel, Fabian and Miguel during our stay. I appreciate how kind, attentive, and genuinely caring the Autocamp service staff were from checkout getting us situated after a longer drive getting here m, to directing my kids and I on amenities and the inner-workings of an Airstream trailer.
