"This is my second stay here, both times have been excellent! Rooms are always clean, and cleaned daily even if you stay multiple days, the staff is super friendly, and they have excellent breakfast options in the mornings. "

"It wasn’t unnecessarily UNCLEAN but we did have a spider in our bathroom and after doing some research, it ended up being a brown recluse! We killed it and took it to the front desk to show them and I think their response was a little disappointing because of the severity of the type of spider was., they said that they would let me manager or someone higher up than the lady behind the desk, and they will get back to us. That was the first night. We checked out two days later and I had heard nothing from anyone. We brought it back up to a different staff member that was there when we checked out, and they replied to the same thing. But was nice enough to give us a very small discount, which is not what we were looking for. I thought they would at least offer to change our room come to find out they did not have the room we had purchased available. So if we would have switched rooms, it would be a downgrade. Which honestly the Lives of my husband, solving my children are worth a downgrade to know, and be comfortable that there was no brown recluse spiders in our room. They didn’t seem to know the severity of what we had found, and I explained it to the lady behind the desk and she was shocked. As we do appreciate the small discount we just wanted to be shown that someone cared about our children and how deadly those spiders are. Other than being on guard every time we unfolded a towel or sat anywhere honestly, the property was amazing and perfect for our trip!"

"As a member of Hilton I am extremely disappointed in the experience I had at this hotel. From the initial interaction with the front desk agent with the entire morning staff, every staff member was rude and dismissive except for the Assistant GM and the lady that works the night shift. Upon arrival the first room we were given was not clean at all, there were nails on the dresser, hair all over the bathroom sink and the shower, bugs in the sink and on the walls, smelly hallways etc. and when asked for a room replacement we were met with attitude as if our request was an inconvenience. Along with these requests, we asked for a room clean service twice and did not receive it, which means for the entire duration of our stay our room was not cleaned or refreshed and our stay was a total of 3 nights. Overall, I would not recommend staying in this hotel. For reasons like not polite staffing, insufficient cleanliness, and the conditions of the hotel. "

"This was a good place to stay. If you are looking for somewhere where theres everything close by... like restaurants, walmart,target and other stores... this is the place for you. And if you are a Dallas Cowboys fan , like i am. Its only 30 minutes from the star in Frisco and about 40 minutes from the stadium."

"Breakfast was basic, scrambled eggs, sausage, bread, bagels, waffles, yogurt, apples or bananas. Only complaint - the jam is hard in the little packages - maybe a new brand would be better. Our room was quiet, bed good, lots of pillow choices. The area has lots of shopping and restaurants all within 30 minute walk. I was dissapointed there was no public transportation (city buses) in such a large area. We used Uber."
