I rate properties on a scale appropriate to the cost and utility of the experience. Baymont (Milan, MI) gets high marks for having a reasonably priced pet policy (I have a dog who travels with me), clean and comfortable room, good bed, good (and free) internet. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well. The provided breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it had the basics and was good enough that I didn't need to eat in a restaurant. Given the price, I would stay here again (and I believe this is the third time I have).

The staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. We pulled into the parking lot and police were circling the parking lot. I saw this several times. The pictures are misleading. The place definitely needed updating. The room was supposed to be handicap-accessible, but the toilet was low to the floor and there were no handrails in the bathroom.

Easy to find and ease of parking. Staff friendly and polite, coffee good, breakfast was standard and good. Rooms clean and beds were cloud comfortable, great sleep. Negative: walls paper thin. Heard every slam of door, every noise in hallway. The expressway was soothing compared to some of the guest's noise. I would stay again, close to event and town was great
