"First rate hotel in every way. A great choice.."

"We love the location of this apartment. This is our "go to" accommodation when we are in the area. We have stayed here several times. It is walkable to downtown Dartmouth and the ferry to Halifax. You can park your car and walk just about anywhere. We met the owner to receive the key. He was very friendly. The kitchen is well equipped. There are laundry facilities in the building, but we have never had to use them."

"No air conditioning, which really wasn’t all that bad since we could open the window. The mini fridge just froze everything even on the lowest setting. TV did not work even after asking about it. The insulation in the building must be ancient because we heard everyone all the time coming and going above us and beside us. The room was clean. Wouldn’t stay again because of the amount of noise. Didn’t sleep for 2 nights."

My only complaints for an otherwise great stay are that the key cards kept demagnetizing so we had to ask about 6 times in 3 days to get them fixed, and there are no towel holders in the bathroom except in the shower itself (nothing for hand towels). Very minor!"
