"We stayed at the hotel for 10 days to explore and experience the beauty of ROME, and our overall experience was excellent! The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating.
We would just like to share a couple of suggestions that may further improve the guest experience. Perhaps it is time to upgrade the televisions to Smart TVs so guests can enjoy YouTube and other online streaming applications. Additionally, adding more English-language channels...

"Esperienza estremamente negativa.
