"Room was clean, but the drawers between the beds kept sliding open- needs repair. The sink facet in the room is leaking making the counter wet. The lobby staff were fabulous. They were very helpful. "

"So we arrived for a trip and planned to stay 3 nights. We got a great deal on flight and hotel and the first couple days the staff went above and beyond and helped us in every way. Unfortunately our last day there things changed. Not a huge fan of the scheduled shuttles to the airport on the hr. Compared to on a need basis. Just an fyi. The hotel is located at the end/start of the main run way and you can hear the planes motors roaring when they start takeoff. Didn’t affect our sleep. Just annoying while watching tv or relaxing We asked for a shuttle at 4:30am and was told no the evening before we were to check out. It’s either 4 or 5 am On the hr. Next morning as we are getting into our uber we see the shuttle van just sitting there. We’ve used shuttle all the time with hotels. A lot of the places we can just hop on if room and go to the airport. We did this multiple times in the past at other hotels. We were first told no we couldn’t but then the next person let us. We did this for two days. Catch a shuttle with few people on it and went to the airport to catch the UP train. Staff were very friendly and did a great job but they all aren’t on the same page. Free breakfast was great. "

"We have stayed twice now. The rooms are spacious, very clean and maintained well. The staff has been amazing. A nice hot breakfast in the morning that gets 5 stars from my 10 year old. Pool is nice. We will stay again soon."
