The only positive thing about the property was the staff. They were kind and so wanting to make you happy. Unfortunately the place is so old and dated. The hallway reminded me of the “the shining” movie. The bedding was unbelievable; in that a single thin sheet provided. Breakfast was also subpar. I only wanted to stay there because it was nostalgic. To bring back a childhood memory. Unfortunately, after 1 night I had to find another place.

The section of the resort they checked us in was outdated, dark and run downed. The pool was dirty and neglected. The room sort of reminded me of a horror film. I don’t know why they didn’t check us in the newly renovated section of the resort.

good place if you want peace and quiet in Angeles

I stayed overnight before leaving for Baguio. It was an ok place, a bit far to walk to the main strip, but I wasn't interested in that anyway. If you like a quiet place it's good, not far from Pure Gold shopping and several good Korean restaurants.

Staff are very nice and courteous. First impression of the hotel is not inviting, because the building looks old, and the entrance is behind an abandoned hotel section. I like the complementary breakfast. And there’s hot water in the shower.

All good. Except, as per the staff, they expect “one person per room”, hence under-supply it (eg towels, soaps etc). This is ridiculous and u acceptable

Renovating in progress interfered with some things, like the bathroom by the pool area not open, and kitchen not having all the menu items for the breakfast meal. No food available after 2:00 pm. Would be nice if the hotel had a full service restaurant serving through the dinner meal hours. Floors in my room looked very dull and needed waxing. Hot water not working properly in the shower. Our bathroom had only 2 bath towels, but no hand towels or washcloths. Our beds had sheets but no blankets. The A/C was difficult to get the temperature set at a comfortable level. WiFi was too slow in our room, causing us to go by the pool or lobby. The lobby was beautiful, but the management should focus more attention on room conditions and guest amenities and services! The staff was friendly and helpful with trying to accommodate our needs. I liked the “Grab” service which made it easy to order a Starbucks drink and have it delivered to our room!

基本的に古い建物なので、色々な所で修繕しないと行けないなと思うところはあります。例えば、シャワーノブが外れたリ、トイレの水が時々タンクにたまらなかったり、3日間の滞在で経験しました。1泊朝食付きで5000円切っているので、仕方ないかな。
