"This is a very nice, and quite boutique hotel. I was really pleased with the amenities overall. We needed a kitchen for cooking and room 6 had a great kitchen. There wasn't anyone on staff when we arrived, so if you need service or help this might not be the place for you. It is all self serve. My only complaint was our floor was pretty dirty and when I alerted the management to this they did send housekeeping in, but they didn't do much just kind of wiped at the floor with a towel. "I had made a mistake 2 years ago and forgot to cancel my reservation, 100% my fault. They were incredibly nice and didn't charge me for my room, even though they had every right to. This was our next trip to Napa from Minnesota, and made sure we (2 couples) stayed there to thank them for their kindness. Great location for a wine trip. "Hotel Yountville was a lovely place to stay for our quick weekend away. We walked to Ad Hoc restaurant which is extremely close. We had a terrific meal. We liked the in room gas fireplace and double shower. The only thing missing were towel racks in convenient spots near the sink to hang the very soft towels on. "
