The chief of reception, David, and his team repeatedly offered five star service in multiple ways. Best service I have ever received, and I travel a ton. Above and beyond. 🚀 The room and bathroom were very large and comfortable. I used the spa and had a relaxing stay.

Weekend Getaway

Wonderful mountain resort with friendly staff and great location to shopping and restaurants. My bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve had at a hotel in ages and the room had separate shower stall and massive jet tub! The area was perfectly safe and we made use of the gym, sauna and steam room. Would absolutely recommend especially in off season when a bit quieter.

Wonderful Trip in Andorra

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the reception staff. The 3-level rooms in historial building is very nice. We have an wonderful birthday trip in Andorra.

Wonderful

Absolutely amazing, very convenient to the shopping center and overall service is excellent and very attentive. Rooms are huge! Lobby is quiet and peaceful. They have shuttles to the Lyfts. Not next to the slopes and perfect for those who enjoy some of the city experience as well.

The place is amazing, clean ,quite and safe . The staff are amazing and helpful. The hotel is close to everything. For the poeple who would like to go just use the lift to go down to the street (its in the parking ). The only things that struggled me is that they don't have choices of vegetarian food...they are not friendly on this point.

Beautiful property nestled in the mountains. A little difficult to find. Helpful front desk who can arrange a trip to the Caldea spa (highly recommend this off-site spa). Wonderful full breakfast buffet. Our room was spotless. I wish I checked the mattress to see what brand it was, it was very supportive and comfortable.

The spa staff were extremely accommodating to adjust our appointment at the end of the day when we were delayed arriving. Check in was friendly and quick, however no bellman on duty or valet parking so you have to handle this on your own. The facility was excellent with great amenities for dining, delicious room service, large well appointed bathrooms and very comfortable bed with nice sheets and plenty of pillows which I loved.
