"Staff was nice but the room was horrible. While it look clean at first glance, there was dust and leftover hairs from past customers. There were no hair dryer, water bottles or any amenities yet they charged for that? Ridiculous."

"They put Expedia bookings in very worn room with view of wall. Across from laundry so at 7 am very chatty and boisterous housekeeping crew arrived and started working. Shuttle drivers very nice."

"Muy buena ubicación y muy buen hotel en general, a considerar que, llegué en un vuelo nocturno y después de las 11 pm no había forma de comprar un snack o alimento dentro de las instalaciones, tampoco hubo bell boy que me ayudara con el equipaje.
Me dijeron que fuera a un bar o café cercanos (en el centro) que estarían abiertos hasta tarde."

"I like everything about this place. It has a homey feel to it. There’s a restaurant and pub at walking distance. Karen I hope I got her name right is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The bed was super comfy. The snacks provided is very much appreciated. Will definitely come back to this place."

"We canceled our reservation at the hotel across the street because it was hideous. The Marriott Courtyard was very nice. And the staff was excellent."
