I like staying at the aspen, however the one thing that I found was that they don’t give you paper towels or napkins, they have everything else but that. I think that if you are going to have all utensils and cooking stuff, dish soap etc you should at least put one roll of paper towels. Otherwise the stay was nice.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it convenient and comfortable. Lara the room cleaner did such an amazing job cleaning the room it was spotless. Front desk was great! Also has stable Wifi and hot shower. Kitchen area and fridge was a plus. I like the big mirror with bright light. 10/10

Housekeeping needs attention: our room had a stained pillowcase, full trash can and one Kleenex in the box. Halls looked as if they were not regularly vacuumed.

Room was moderately clean. Bed very uncomfortable. Carpets in hallway & stairs not very clean. Faucet in shower dripped all the time.

Mostly the front staff desk. We had trouble with our unit blowing hot on one side and cold on the other. We did inform the front desk and they took care of us right away.

Aspen Suites are always nice. It's my go to spot if I don't have other plans. I love the full fridge for shopping since I live in a remote location. The room was dusty, but otherwise was nice and comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a cleaner hotel. The staff was professional, the room was amazing and if anything would have made this facility better, it would have been breakfast.

Rooms seem run down and staff wasn’t very pleasant when checking in. We also requested rooms close together with family and were put two floors apart

For me its all about the customer service, a big shout out to my favorite Hotel Clerk Ellen-Jean, she is amazing, and is a reminder that people with big hearts and great work ethic still exist out there in the service world.

Rooms along Tudor Rd. are very loud, not enough noise insulation. They only offer housekeeping after 7 nights, otherwise you need to get towels etc. at the front desk. Prices are high in September/October.
