"Great property, huge rooms with a separate sitting area. Balcony with great valley views. Food and beverage service is dirty and unhygienic. Sugar is dirty, lying open under the service desk at the canteen. No glass ware in the rooms for water etc. were provided paper cups, how un-ecofriendly. Even if you want to have any drink it’s the paper cups. They are going through 100’s of paper cups each day/ how easy to provide glassware in rooms. The room had dust and cobwebs. "It was amazing, we got a room with excellent view. The staff were very nice and the manager was also very friendly. They even gave medicine for one of my friend who was ill. Overall loved the stay and the staff ."

"The rooms on floors below lobby level are pathetic. The walls had fungus and were moist - water was seeping on all walls. After long debate, they gave us our booked room types on 7th and 8th floor (above lobby level). "
