"Sold itself as a 5 star resort but it was old and tired. Indoor pool and gymnasium were in terrible condition. Outdoor pool was closed at 6pm every day, which made it impossible to use after a hot day of sightseeing. The room was okay but didn't meet the standard we expected."

"The hotel is located on a beautiful part of the island and the highlight was the private seating by the beach bar. Very peaceful and scenic. The food was not great. The Zatar restaurant was the exception and was an excellent dinner. The shades in the rooms are not darkening at all. It feels like you are sleeping outside once the sun is up. Also we switched to a sea facing room bc the traffic on the city view side kept us up. The kids did enjoy the slides and the entertainment."

The rooms are modern, spacious, and well maintained, and the pool area with the adjacent water park is excellent. It was definitely the highlight of our stay. The biggest downside is how restrictive and money-oriented the hotel feels. "Es gab keinen Zimmerservice, schon bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer nicht sauber und die Betten nicht bezogen. Das ging so weiter 10 Tage lang wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und nur sporadisch wurden Handtücher gewechselt. Zum Frühstück gab es kein Frühstücksbuffet wie gebucht sondern 10 x identisch das Gleiche. Die ersten Tage war zudem das Wasser nur lauwarm. Das Hotel kann nicht empfohlen werden."
