We chose this property because of its proximity to Disneyland. It is right across the street, so it's super convenient. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the complimentary breakfast was great. The only thing we didn't like was the $25 per day parking fee. I realize some may disagree, but I feel that if you are paying $400 per night for a hotel room, you should be able to park your car free of charge.

Very clean & comfortable hotel. 3 minutes walk to Disneyland main entrance. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast included. AC works well. Right next to a Denny’s! Would stay here again.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and the room stayed in perfect condition the whole time. The breakfasts were great and I loved the variety every morning.

The location can’t be beat! It is right across the street from Disneyland/Disney California. There are several restaurants within walking distance too. The room was in good condition and breakfast was decent. Everything you need for your Disney vacation.

Our room was ready as scheduled and we had easy access to a parking spot right by the room. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. I will stay here again.

Wonderful stay. Staff were great! Lots of options for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable (and we’re picky). Best best part was walkable to Disneyland parks. Closer than the Disneyland Hotel resort!

TV or it's remote didn't work. Bath tub cleaner or soap left in the tub. Pricing too high for this hotel. Otherwise ideal location for Disney, clean, quiet.

We have stayed here the last two years and this is our go to place for our Disneyland trip. Everybody that works here is extremely friendly and helpful, their breakfast that they provide with your room is great, the coffee maker in the lobby is amazing. If you have an issue, they will do everything they can to deal with it. This room and facility is cleaner than the JW Marriott that we stay in at the motel of America for a lot more money. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a place to stay because you were just a short walk to the entrance at Disneyland. When I say a short walk, I mean like five minutes to get into the gate

We stayed in the family suite . Spacious and clean. However walls are very thin and we can hear every step, fart , toilet flush and conversations about those farts.

We’ve stayed at both Best Western locations outside the park in the past and both have very short proximity to Disneyland; this is our second time staying at this location. Our room is very clean, breakfast in the morning has great selections. The only suggestions that we have are low water pressure for the shower head and not so great sound proof of the wall. We can clearly hear the conversations of our neighbors. We did enjoy our stay and will return in the future.

Is somewhat older property in excellent condition within easy walking distance of Disneyland and California adventure. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, coffee in the lobby 24 hours! Front desk was open 24 hours and always available! Extremely nice breakfast with lots of options would stay here again easily Kids loved it. We are grandparents that brought our grandchildren to Disney and this was a great place to stay!

Poor condition in general

This Hotel needs serious updating. The room had a wall unit that was barely warming our room, and it was really cold. But everything in the room and outside the building looked old and not very well maintained. Many of the employees went the extra mile for us. Govany and the ladies at the restaurant were so good to us. The location is absolutely amazing. It's just steps (5 minutes walk) to the Parks. My recomendation to the Best Western executives: close one building at a time and do a huge renovation to all the rooms and the exterior of the building. I hope you listen to me

Great location for Disney Land/disney Land Races

We were there for the DisneyLand Half Marathon Race weekend, and this location couldn't have been better. Very close to the park enterance and close to the startlines for the Disney races. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is substantial, great way to start a day spent in the park.

Beds are super comfortable. Pillows are amazing. Service was great. We arrived at 11 and they held our bags while we went to the park. Got back at 7 and they had put them in our room for us!

The place is pretty good compared to the other motel style hotels I’ve stayed at while visiting Disney, it’s a little outdated but it seemed clean and it was comfortable. The parking is reasonable too, free breakfast is nice, just wish the walls weren’t so thin I could clearly hear everything people would say in the halls while I was sleeping. Room had a fridge AND microwave and it’s close to the little convenience store. Bathroom was good too and the shower water was hot and it came out quickly.

We appreciated the location in relation to Disneyland and having a warm breakfast included made the days easy to start.

Close to parks!

Great location to Disney parks. Closer than the Disney hotels. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. We got a suite with 3 beds (king and 2 queen) (comfortable with lots of comfy pillows) for half price of a Disney room with 2 double beds. Room was fine but no frills. AC units were loud and turned on and off pretty much every 5 minutes. Overall very good stay! Oh and free breakfast was pretty solid.

best breakfast hands down amazing view beats I hop and Dennys, tons of options for food, rooms are amazing and clean extremely happy this is my second stay with them and plan on staying everytime
