The resort was essentially shut down because of a cyber attack but that made it really quiet like the hotel in the shining. The staff were bored but they were great, friendly and ready to serve. They found us nice restaurants in the area and had lots of suggestions for activities.

Property and room were very clean. Due to a cybersecurity breach, the casino and restaurants were closed which was disappointing but we did get a good night’s rest. Would definitely return.

It’s a bad time to rate Swinomish Casino because the 3 days we stayed there, they had a cyber attack which meant there was no Casino use, and no restaurants or food available.

I do plan on returning. They had a technology crisis with no phone, restaurant, food service and casino was closed. My stay wasn't centered around the casino, so not a spoiler.

They called and stated they are having an issue with internet/ almost everything shut down and asked if we wanted to cancel the check-in but we did not and stayed for the night. The staff is supper nice.

I came from far away and when we got here at 12:00 everything was shut down. We were told to go away till 4:00 pm and then they could check us in. Cacino was closed with no chance if opening for the foreseeable future. I’m talking days. I was given no offer voucher or discount for a future visit. This was my very first visit to a Cacino. Is this how the Cacino treats all its customers? Presently sitting in my room with nothing to do. Not to mention nothing to eat. I’m stranded. Very sad

I didn't realize when we booked a view room at a resort on the water that it was a view of the parking lot and major road

We recommend to book a king bay view which will give the views of the Mt. Baker and Padilla Bay. We do hope that you were able to enjoy the rest of your visit.
