"I recently stayed at Quality Inn in Deridder for four nights. The space itself was okay and served its purpose for a short visit while I was in town seeing family. One plus is that you can park right outside your door, which made coming and going very convenient. The staff were friendly and I had no issues with them during my stay. However, there were a few issues that made the stay less comfortable than expected. The room had a noticeable musty smell that didn’t go away. The setup was also inconvenient—I had to place the coffee maker on the floor just to plug it in. The refrigerator didn’t get cold enough to properly keep items chilled. Breakfast was okay, not the best, but decent enough. For about $450 for four nights, I would say it’s manageable if you just need a place to sleep while visiting. Overall, not the best experience, but it gets the job done."

"I was not happy with my stay. I stayed there two nights and there was not worth money that had to spend on it. I will be checking into a refund. I paid for a suite for two days done kind of room and it was. It was horrible. American ended up falling on my friend, and none of the toiletries was provided. "

"Elevators were not working and have not been repaired for some time. It was painful for my disabled husband to climb up and down 3 flights of stairs. I understand it will be changing hands soon. It is a beautiful property. The elevators were the only downside. "

"The hot tub hasn’t worked the last two times we’ve stayed here. The water in the sink and the tub neither drain well. During the shower the water is about ankle high. The sink also had the same drainage problem while brushing our teeth. The staff was nice and breakfast was good. "

"Front desk staff were amazing! Room was clean. Housekeeping brought us more towels when we needed them. Parking was great! Rhonda was excellent at keeping everything filled at breakfast! Food was good. They didn’t have trash can liners in the trash cans but we just used Walmart sacks. The beds were not super comfortable but they worked. Will definitely stay there again!"

"Nice place to stay while visiting relatives. Staff at checkin and checkout were very nice. Room smelled extra fresh and clean. Loved there was no carpet. No yucky bedspreads. All the linens were fresh and clean. Would definitely recommend."
