"Room was poorly cleaned. Towels had dirt stains on them. There was a used dirty makeup removing pad on the floor. There was a bug (looked like a cockroach) in the room. Room service is simply alcohol and chips, no actual food menu. Also at arrival there was no office for us to go to, we pulled in ..."
