"Our room had a modern but sterile feel with simple Ikea-like furnishings. Lights, TV, shades are controlled with an ipad. But common areas featured nice seating areas with tables & chairs. Breakfast was a combination of hot & cold selections alone with coffee & juices. Nice location within walking distance from the airport."

"We stayed at the studio apt, it was great. Room size was good and all the amenities inside the room are great. We have a good water view location. One to note that the AC is not really AC, and they said it is a fresh air cooler. Thankfully, when we were there the weather was still a bit cold, so it was not an issue for us. The location is outside the city centre and is actually perfect for us for 1) the buses are convenient from the hotel (approx. 7 mins walk) 2) the location is quiet and in the great neighbourhood area, hence you don’t feel so much like you are a tourist. So, we like it! The staff are young, courteous and helpful. We tried the breakfast and it was ok, however we prefer to get it outside for the price. One thing was a bit of a letdown was the hot water issues (2 times during our 4 nights stay). Well, it could happen - and the first time it happened, it took sometimes for them to fix it (and given it was Sunday and their maintenance persons not around). However, they did fix it within the day (when we were back at night, the hot water was back on). The 2nd time it happened (which was the day after), the issue was resolved within couple of hours. They gave us a gesture of compensation with refunding the charge of one day breakfast."

"Nothing major really! But on our second day we left the room at 9am, and when we came back from our day errance around 5.30pm to chill for a bit , the room has not been cleaned , the housekeeper then showed up at 6.30pm when we were relaxing before going back out for diner ... we refused service and had to ask for clean and dry towel...( that were provided instantly) Other than that weird housekeeping schedule .. and the fact the young staff at the desk was unable to give any information regarding , restaurants, Tram information or other classic tourist questions, the bed were super confortable , the location is perfect and we had a great time overall ..."

"Amazing hotel, so clean, facilities are great perfect for a short stay or even a long one. The staff are incredible and so helpful. The hotel is so funky even down to the little details. We really enjoyed our stay and will 100% be coming again. Recommended highly! Also a short journey to city centre via public transport, was so easy to navigate, also nice places to eat and drink within the area!"
