The hotel was so comfortable, nice and clean. It had all we needed. Very good location near the center and decent amenities

Really enjoyed my 3 day break here.. short enough tram rides to all local attractions. Staff were amazing and really friendly throughout my stay! Highly recommended!

It was ok, bed comfy, room quite small but has everything you need. The staff was not very friendly, but I think that's normal in Netherlands from what I've seen in general.

A lovely little hotel, the room has a comfy bed and lovely en-suite perfect after a busy day of exploring. Location is near tram stop and the museum quarter.

Ik vind het een sfeervol en vriendelijk hotel met fantastische bedden. Aan het eind van de rustige straat zijn alle tramverbindingen heel Amsterdam in. Maar je bent ook slechts een kleine wandeling verwijderd van het Museumplein.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The family room side was very comfortable and private. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to the museum district and many wonderful restaurants.

Very nice modern cosy hotel, perfect location
Heerlijk hotel, fijne gezellige kamers, goed bed, comfortabel, in een mooie buurt in Amsterdam. Alles op de kamer aanwezig. Nespresso, rituals douche attributen, alippers, gratis softdrinks en… een glas ipv plastic bekertje. Enorm fijn verblijf in hartje amsterdam op loopafstand van de mooiste musea

Situato in zona semicentrale e ben servita. Personale molto gentile ed efficiente ma camere decisamente troppo piccole e addirittura la prima che ci era stata assegnata non aveva armadio. Per fortuna su nostra insistente richiesta ci è stata assegnata una stanza sempre piccolissima ma quantomeno con un armadietto

La camera era bollente, ma carina e pulita. Caffè e the a disposizione ogni giorno. Personale gentile e amichevole e posizione veramente strategica per potersi muovere sia a piedi che col tram (le fermate sono a pochi passi) il Museo di Van Gogh è a 5/6 minuti a piedi.

Det var veldig bråkete, Hotell staben hørte ikke på oss, vi fikk en veldig små rom. Veldig små! Og mitt på natta stå folk uten å røyke til tross det ikke var på et ulovlig sted og si ifra hjalp ikke!!!!

The hotel itself is centrally located. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The room, although was small which is expected, was clean and equipped.

Loved it
My family of four stayed here for 2 nights in Room 3 and it was fantastic for us. So spacious and quiet. Very clean hotel with a 24/7 coffee machine which was awesome. Staff were very helpful and there is a tram station 50 m away. It is a flat easy 3km walk down the Main Street thru the city from here as well.

We had a great time here. The hotel is in a nice quiet area, its only a short walk to the nearest tram stop which will take you to central within 15 minutes. The staff were very wecloming and helpful. Lovely little hotel, we will be back!

Great for Business Travelers
It is a lovely hotel in a grest location, walkable distance from the RAI where we were working. My only complaint is that the heating was on so high that we all had to have the air conditioning on to compensate, this is such a waste and environmentally terrible.

To be fair we were only in the hotel for 3 or 4 hours. We didn't eat, drink or shop in the area so it is not possible to review those aspects. The hotel was quiet and clean. The room we were in was a twin and it was so small that the beds had to be pushed together.

We had a weekend stay at The Muse and our expectations have been met; walking distance to public transportation, museums, even downtown ... small, but sufficient equipped room, breakfast and complimentary coffee all-day were above average. Unfortunately, the room (403) was very hot, so we had to activate air condition (in November) ... what made our night very noisy - and parking situation around the hotel (like everywhere in Amsterdam) was extremly expensive ... in a nutshell: a nice hotel above the average mainstream standard, good to stay for a weekend in Amsterdam

Great for weekends & top notch service
Great hotel at a great price, close to everything. Smaller rooms and bathroom but clean and perfect for a weekend in Amsterdam. A big gold star to Billel in the reception who is was such a kind soul and and went above and beyond for his guests. He gave a five star experience and should be a role model to the entire hospitality industri.
