The Breakfast was wonderful. I didn’t like the Expedia jacked up the price when we booked compared to if we booked the day before our arrival it would have been $300 less for our 2 night stay! Very frustrating

Loved everything about this property! Super clean! Everything is right by I mean like literally what a great location! Staff was very nice and friendly! We extended a it stay 😂

We chose this hotel because we wanted to be near the Centrum of Amsterdam. It was a perfect location. Parking sucks. It’s a small indoor parking lot and the cars are stacked so the staff keeps all keys because they frequently have to move cars out of the way for other cars to leave. Also, the first night we got there late to find out we had 2 twin beds instead of 1 double bed. So the 2nd night they switched us but they made my wife check out at 11:00 am (I had a work meeting) and they didn’t have another room ready until 4pm! So she had to put our luggage in a holding room for 5 hours! Not cool.

Dear Alan,Our Superior Double Rooms are with 1 Double Bed or Twin beds. As you also arrived pretty late at night around 21:30, we had to give you what was left. We have many requests from guests and unfortunately we cannot make everyone happy. Regarding the next day, we had to check you out cause rooms needs to be cleaned and ready for the next arrivals! Regarding the parking we keep keys for security reasons also, not just to move cars.Thanks for staying with us.Kind regards,Valentina

Buen servicio en todo desde recepción, limpieza habitación, espaciosa, baño limpio, todos los aditamentos necesarios.Cafe durante todo el día.Camas comodisimas, mobiliario bueno y bonito. Con refribar, secadora.Costo, servicio me parece equilibrado. Me gustó 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Detalle... durante estos 3 días que estuvimos el elevador no funcionaba de las 7:00 de la noche hasta en la mañana, si es pesado no tener ese servicio pues nos tocó el 4o. piso, además de venir de paseos, compras y cansados tener que subir por las escaleras. Creó que no era avería en el servicio, pero no entiendo el porque hacer eso de suspender el servicio del elevador porque diario paso eso, solo para que chequen eso. Sin embargo todo lo demás estuvo muy, muy bien. Gracias por dar lo que ofrecen ustedes cómo aplicación y ellos como Hotel, felicidades

Location is amazing, rooms are very small, bed was the worst I’ve ever slept in. Bathroom was very basic but ok apart from the water doesn’t drain away down the drain so very wet floor. Reception and breakfast staff exceptional

The hotel appears old, but well- maintained. Room was clean, and cozy. Staff were nice and helpful. Hotel is walking distance (not far away from) everything that I wanted to see for a layover stay in Amsterdam, close to souvenir shops, cafe and restaurants. Accessible to all public transportation.

Trådløst Internett var ubrukelig, måttet koble til Internett via telefon. Lydt i hotellet, støy når folk kom og gikk om natten. Koselig hotell med hyggelig personale, sentralt plassert med nærhet til shopping, spisesteder, trikk og tog. Mange severdigheter nært hotellet.

Fine hotel
Fine hotel. Close to transport, shopping and food. Friendly staff. The walls are thing, so you can pretty much hear everything. But this is still a nice place to stay.

Great location
Perfect location in the middle of everything! Not the most modern hotel what comes to rooms' furnishing and interior, but clean and cozy. Great breakfast and helpful staff. Fridge didn't work (?) in the room, but we didn't need it so we didn't ask about it.

The lobby to this property was very beautiful. The rooms themselves could have been a bit better. I had booked a room with a queen bed, and instead was giving a room with 2 twins pushed together. I'm a rather tall guy, so this made it rather uncomfortable to sleep in. Unfortunately, the blankets were also super small (made for twin beds) so that didn't really keep me comfortable or warm either. The shower was odd, as I had to step up into the tub. As a warning to other visitors, be careful with the shower. I had put the hot water on and then burned my hand touch the knob to cool it down, as the hot water also heated up the handles. Other than that, the stay was pretty good. I didn't spend much time in the room as I was exploring around Amsterdam, which this hotel is RIGHT in the center of it and provide excellent location and access to several things around Amsterdam. Definitely made for a good little stay.

Had an amazing time. Hotel is in a great location that is central to the city center. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is a very basic hotel but it was perfect for what I needed
