I have read your several comments, allow me to reply: a twin bed room in our hotel consists of 2 single use beds next to each other. This information can also be found on Expedia accordingly. The minibars are empty on purpose for personal use. We provide with water, in addition to the tap water being drinkeable in The Netherlands. The guarantee procedure is also being explained on Expedia and is meant to cover for services which are not included in your rate and van be booked on your room account such as room service. Again, I regret we seemed to be unable to mete to any of your expectations.
