Reception is very good, but not in the restuarant. Staff in Restaurant is so rude, Most staff are good but some is very bad. There's a lot of choices of breakfast, but when I try to get some cake in the area, the woman staff was so rude, then said it's not include in breakfast buffet. The baddest thing is "No sign or any words to tell hotel guest that it's not include, so how do we knew ? This staff expressed her anger feeling and blamed us like we tried to get her cake, and pull the cake from our hands, no good manner to doing the bad thing like this. Poor service, she should get more trained for doing her job. The another bad experience is.... We stayed for 3 nights but only have 2 free bottles of water for our all stay, that's very disappointed.

Interesting structure... echologically well designed. Great views. Very good breakfasts. Restaurant features Indonesian dishes and some very exciting deserts.

No comfortable chairs in rooms. Also, lighting was very strange. A significant part of a junior suite was just not lit.

Great hotel and they really looked after us and we look forward to returning. Great spa, nice transport links tor eh centre but separate enough to have space. Staff were on it with looking after us the the rooms and standard was great. The internal Resturant is good and there are other good options to eat on the island too. Great place.

This hotel is amazing!! From the amazing staff, the beautiful amenities (bars, sauna and steam rooms, pools, buffet breakfast, just to name a few!) serena spa vibes, the delicious smell of fresh baked goods, and the amazing staff that went above and beyond with our stay (Thank you Ian!) — this place was so hard to leave!! Thank you for making our stay so memorable, relaxing, and all-around amazing!

A nice hotel with an eco theme. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food and drinks and a nice rooftop bar. Rooms are nice and clean but the eco factor makes the furniture and decor seem a bit cheap for a 4 star hotel.

Tolles Hotel, sehr ruhig und sauber. Die Haltestellen sind prima erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle (Bus alle 30 Minuten) ist quasi vor der Tür, zur Straßenbahn (alle 6 Minuten) geht man 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man dann innerhalb von 5 Minuten zum Amsterdam Central Bahnhof. Verbesserungsbedarf gibt es beim Wifi. In unserem Zimmer hatten wir leider eine miserable Internet Verbindung.

Hotel Jakarta did not disappoint. It was lovely and convenient with only just a short walk to central station. You can walk or bike ride. The spa was cute. The gym small but practical. We had breakfast which had lots of variety. Something for everyone. Dinner was nice too. Loved the Indonesian twist.The room was spotless and very nice. Staff was so helpful. Would definitely stay again

Amazing stay. Really pleased with everything! Romm was spacious and clean. Modern facilities. We used the swimming pool and the sauna. Great tasty breakfast! Loved it

It’s a bit out of the way however you can take a bus, call an Uber, and a 20 min to 30 min walk you are in town! The room is so comfortable and customer service is superb!

Property was remote with no places to eat nearby. The only restaurant in the hotel served Indonesian food, and you needed a reservation to eat there. Although the property was superbly clean and the staff helpful, i dont recommend it fot tourists wishing to sightsee Amsterdam
