Overall bad experience - Amazing staff and comfy bed! But the room wasn't very comfortable, the bathroom had no privacy, shower had no door, room windows had poor thermal isollation and on top of that I was charged 5 days ahead of time and lied to by Expedia. I wouldn't recommend it.

Easy walk to the metro/tram, friendly staff, room was extremely spacious and serviced each day. Couldn’t fault anything!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in the double air con room. Room was very spacious and clean which is important to me. Aesthetically pleasing. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighbourhood. It was conveniently located to grocery stores (Lidl and Albert Heijn), public transit and very walkable to city centre about 15-20 minutes. Only thing to keep in mind there is No fridge in rooms or elevator (in area that I stayed) but that didn’t bother me. Felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Highly recommend.

Amsterdam - feels like future
We had a great time in Amsterdam and this hotel met our expectations! The location is close enough to the city center, either by foot or using the tram public transportation. Staff was helpful, room was clean and cleaned well daily. We slept great!

overpriced and mediocre
This hotel was relatively comfortable. Pros: relatively quiet, not too from from the center city, decent beds. Cons: poor lighting in the rooms, hairdryer didn't work, poorly draining shower, vaguely surly front desk staff. No soundproofing between the toilet room and the rest of the room; zero privacy for 2 guests sharing. The bathroom essentially opens into the room. Also vastly overpriced for the quality. I am paying less to spend an entire week in Oslo.

Quiet & stylish
Quiet clean hotel. Good service. No minibar in the room but coffee machine and water kettle is. Our room was next door, no elevator.

There was no door to the shower and the inclantion of the floor was away from the shower so all water ran out in the room.

Great wee place. Funky room’s design sets it out from most. Great location for us and easy to walk most places. Only thing was Walls were quite thin so depending on the other guests in the building you may get a wake up call haha.

I did not enjoy stay at this hotel at all! 1. They do not have mini fridge in the room. When I asked to put my medicine (which are mandatory for my health & life) into their fridge - at first they lied that they do not have any fridge. And after when I saw one with drinks they told me that they cannot put guests things there. But I did not ask to cool a bottle of wine - it is medicine which have to be 24/7 in the fridge! 2. I bought my mini fridge for the medicine but asked for the 2nd card so there is always electricity in the room and fridge will work. The receptionist refused again! After a horrible fight I've got the 2nd card... 3. One of the lights did not work in the room 4. Transparent glass door into toilet and no door in the shower - I don't like it. 5. Location is so so. Not worth it's money.

Dirty room in the basement
We got a room in the basement, despite having ordered and paid for a "standard room", and NOT a "Standard basement room". The receptionist told us that the hotel was fully booked, so we couldn't get another room. The room was dirty. There was dust on basically all surfaces, and when I looked under the carpet by accident - I discovered that it hadn't been cleaned underneath for a LONG TIME. There was clear signs of moist/mold on the walls below the windows and the curtains were full of stains. The shower was directly accessible from the room - and without a door - which made it basically impossible to sleep because of the constant noise coming from the fan (which could not be turned off) in the shower. Overall a very poor stay, considering paying 320 euros for a weekend in February in a dirty basement room....

Sauber war es leider ganz und gar nicht. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich und die Umgebung vom Hotel sowie der Weg ins Zentrum war sehr schön. Zum Schlafen hat es ausgereicht, wirklich wohlgefühlt haben wir uns allerdings aufgrund der mangelnden Sauberkeit nicht.

We got lucky and was the only guest on the top floor. its was extremely quiet and serene. The only drawback was there is no elevator. So, if you have a lot of luggage and/or mobility issues, you may want to reconsider this property. The location is nice. A few blocks away from a street market, a few streets away from an Aldi market, a few blocks away from The Heineken Museum. Very walkable from most attractions...

Shower was Luke warm, door opens into the beds. Light switches are behind the head of the beds. Nice place, but seems like it’s not finished or some parts of the room need to be thought out more. Disappointing for the price I paid.

Great stay
The room was very clean and presented in a pleasing manner. Having no air conditioning meant that we slept with the window open which allowed a couple of mosquitoes into the room. The hotel is hardly placed with a good selection of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The manageress was very helpful as we found out about a train strike the day before our leaving. She booked a couple of bus tickets for us.

Nettes Hotel, aber die Liebe fehlt. Handtücher mit der dreckigen Seite nach oben, Bettwäsche falsch herum bezogen, Flecken in Teppichen bleiben einfach drin, seehr staubig, keine Dichtungen (weder Badezimmer, noch zur Außentür, immerhin eine Außentür - bis auf die Glastüre zum WC gibt es weder Duschvorhand noch sonstigen Schutz....für 3 Sterne ok, aber eben nur ok. Dafür sehr netter und zurvorkommender Service, Nespresso im Zimmer.

Lovely hidden little hotel
Very simple no fuss hotel, fairly close to everything. Only problem is its tricky to get food and drink (there is a vending machine but its very high priced and only takes cash) Room is super self contained. Air con was great, very stylish and fantastic views.

We arrived at 2 am and had checked out by 4 am. The room was not air conditioned, it was tiny, there was stagnant water in the shower, the drain did not work, and there was a bad smell. We were creeped out. The hotel refused to refund any of the 4 days we had booked. We were very disappointed we it’s their response.

Very modern hotel which captured my attention straight away however very disappointing that we were put into the ground floor room right next to the door. Extremely loud and noisy which woke us up every night at 5:30am with people leaving the building and building world going on over the road. Room was not as described as it was a lot smaller than the pictures shows including a very loud and unstable toilet door that makes a sound that the glass door will smash every time you touch it. If that wasn’t enough the shower was a disgrace, you have to find the right ‘sweet spot’ on the dial to stop it dripping constantly. Every day we was trying to stop the drips for an hour!!! Overall nice small hotel with facilities and noise issues. I wouldn’t stay again.

Great spacious room but strange bathroom
Great large room, very spacious, loved high ceiling. strange design decision to put shower behind a wall with no doors and toilet behind a glass door, bet Everything was usable. If it’s a couple stay then it’s fine, if it would be not a couple staying in the room then it would be awkward as when you come out of the shower there is no privacy or space at all to sort yourself out.

Good location but doesn't deserve 3stars!
Good location, really easy to get to the centre either walking or taking the tram /metro. The windows are single glazed so if you're a light sleeper I wouldn't book this place as you would hear people talking in the streets, cars passing by etc. There's also there's huge building site opposite which start working 7am. There was cobwebs in the bathroom and the curtains were falling down..

Fed lokalikation men ikke en waow service
Hotellet ligger vildt fint i centrum hvis man har mod på at gå nogle skridt rundt til diverse attraktioner. Men ellers er det et helt vildt fint område med massere af muligheder for mad samt offentligt transport. Vil bestemt sige at det er beliggenheden som taler op for hotellet. Selveste værelset blev kigget til 1 gang i løbet af 5 dage. Hvilket ville sige at ingen skraldespand blev tømt eller nye håndklæder over stort set hele opholdet. Der er to værelser i kælder/stue som er ikke specielt lydtæt. Du kan høre alle der går på trappen eller snakker i receptionen. Samt ingen pengebox eller den er der bare uden nogen batterier. Toilletter er hellere ikke i sit eget rum men en del af værelset. Personalet virker flinke men hellere ikke vildt kompentente. Generelt er jeg tilfreds for de penge jeg har givet, men tror bestemt det kan findes bedre for pengene
