"Das Bett war zwar sehr bequem zum Liegen, aber die Höhe des Bettes war für jeden Tag eine neue Herausforderung. Ich bin nicht so gross und hatte zum Hinaufkommen Probleme. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Das Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend."

"Lovely hotel in fantastic location. All staff were very friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. Our canal view room was worth the extra expense and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Bathroom was newly refurbished and very modern. Food was of good quality at breakfast and one dinner in the restaurant, if a little on the expensive side. Would definitely stay at the Ambassade Hotel again. "I really enjoyed my stay at Zoku, the thought process and space management is quite impressive. Believe me when I say they thought everything through. It’s a unique one and I will definitely be back whenever I am in Amsterdam. My only downside is that you had to pull your luggage and go all the way to the 6th floor to check in and out, that was quite an inconvenience. Apart from that, loved it."

Helped and ensure we get our transport. They are amazaing and polite. Close to train station that gets you to all the tourist spots from Eiffel, Notre Dam, etc, as well as shopping is a few blocks away, Resto are around the corner like , Jap, And Chinese& French.
