"Rooms could use an update (leaky toilet, old ac/heating system, etc.) but are otherwise all-maintained, and the staff is terrific. Location is perfect and my room was quiet and cost."

"Lovely hotel in fantastic location. All staff were very friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. Our canal view room was worth the extra expense and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Bathroom was newly refurbished and very modern. Food was of good quality at breakfast and one dinner in the restaurant, if a little on the expensive side. Would definitely stay at the Ambassade Hotel again. Thank you for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay."

I stayed here for 3 days and although I was initially a little disappointed that Zoku isn’t located in a busier neighborhood, the proximity to transportation, the quiet rooms, comfortable beds, friendly helpful staff, delicious food, and incredibly convenient rooftop work space more than made up for any initial hesitation.
