"My pillow had a huge blood stain and they covered it with the case. That says it all. They set the AC and the room was so hot therefore you can’t sleep. The room wasn’t even clean. We were very disappointed."

"Really enjoyed my two night stay. I actually liked that it was away from the city centre - it was very accessible by bus and tram. There's a lovely swimming spot near the hotel in summer. My room was spacious and had lovely views. The breakfast was nice, but I'd like to see some more vegetables. ..."
