"Poll not working, TV didn’t work, 2 hours to get a reserved room, this list goes on and on. Nobody offered to make anything right. I had to vacuum my own room. Only one staff member seemed to care. Marco."

"Pillows were very lumpy; bath towels were very thin; toilet paper was like paper towels, the shower gel in the shower was empty . Breakfast was not great - yogurt came from a machine , all the yogurt toppings were empty, there was no coffee where the cups were so you had to go to another area. We stay in many hotels in BG due to having kids who are students at BGSU; by far this was the most expensive and the one that we liked least . We would not stay again "
