"The property looks nice but if you have elderly parents or disabled person do not stay here. this hotel does not have elevators there are stairs everywhere. I had to request another room because I booked a villa and my parents could not walk down all the stairs once I went into the room to my surprise it was a tri-level unit. Kitchen and living room on the bottom floor and the bedrooms are upstairs which you must climb with a narrow spiral staircase for the first bedroom then another spiral...

"The room I booked was not available. No front desk person just a guy who came out and walked us to a couple different rooms. The place felt uncomfortable and unsafe. Poorly lit. Would not recommend on my worst day"

"Really beautiful Property partially it looks like it’s still under construction. Although we didn’t hear any construction noise whatsoever. Was a very quiet, beautiful Property with a very fun interesting entrance. The check-in office is strange and is not a traditional check-in but nonetheless, the front desk staff were very nice upon checking in and showing us the property. The restaurant was beautiful but still disappointing. It was very highly priced and the food was in our opinion not good...

"The whole place is very outdated it really needs some major renovations because is a beautiful property with unbeatable location, so much history and potential, the rooms need to have more amenities like microwave, mini fridge, an iron.
The place is clean but because everything it’s old it looks dirty.
The food in the restaurant it’s very bland, just like a Mexican restaurant in USA, it need the Mexican food flavor."

"The hotel was clean and breakfast was delicious and appealing. The staff at the breakfast area were friendly and accommodating to our needs. I felt welcomed. Jeovani was so helpful, he remembered us from the phone conversation that I had, when we got there he already had our paperwork ready. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, will be back to stay on my next trip to Rosarito."

"Very nice and clean room, the free breakfast was on point tortillas made by hand each plate is made fresh as u order🔥View from our balcony was excellent. All staff is very nice and helpful no complaints at all. Hotel has everything you need bar,coffee shop,restaurant. Liquor store and tacos place two minute walk the tacos are relly good too. My kids want to go back already."

"El personal muy amable y las recámaras muy limpias. Mis hijos disfrutaron la piscina. Fue muy inconveniente para nosotros que Nada más ay una entrada por salida. Y el único elevador estaba inservible durante nuestra estancia. A mi prima mayor le tocó el cuarto piso y realmente fue muy difícil para subir y bajar por los escalones con equipaje."

"First 2 rooms I received were very old, furniture mixed and matched, extremely outdated with no safes. It was a hassle going to the front reception desk twice. on the third time they did send someone to check our room had a safe. We entered our room, it did have a safe, and the room was in good condition compared to all the other multiple times we have stayed at this hotel. Dont understand why the first two rooms given to us have not been properly maintained."
