"The staff were helpful and pleasant that was the best part of the experience. It is April 2026. The property continues to be under construction. I was told the upper rooms third and fourth floor were completed, but the renovations are subpar. By the end of my two days stay the bathroom started leaking from the toilet area into the living space. Upon my arrival, I noted here in the bathroom and hallway area. The floors are not being properly swept in between each customer. My room had a sofa bed. No one is moving the furniture to dust behind it and there was a broken refrigerator with someone’s food in it. There were old sheets in the wardrobe area. My sheets had stains on them, which had to be replaced a few times;when I got a replacement sheet and attempted to place it on my bed a bug came out of it. The air quality is poor due to the construction. You can smell the dust from the demolition and repairs through your AC/heating unit. On night two they must’ve rented the room to kids from the college because there was a lot of screaming, banging yelling that it woke me up. The staff is not the problem, the property owners who clearly don’t care about their customers are the issue. The elevators, the entryways are all dusty with construction debris. You often bump into workers coming in and out of the same elevators that customers use so you’re waking through a construction site. Even if they fixed everything I will not be returning here."

"Stayed to rest to catchup long drive for next day, but one of the car alarm went off middle of the night and staff took more than an hour to figure out. I noticed staff noted the vehicle numbers/phone numbers from guests while check-in. It should have been taken care quickly. sleep was completely disturbed. bathroom light switch and plumbing when turned on made weird loud noises all night."

"Clean upgraded rooms. Clean renovated bathrooms. The room has soace to spread out. The TV was big. Nice full length mirror. The cons are the pillows are not comfortable, and there arent many places you can walk to. The staff was helpful when we needed it. Overall, the property is well maintained and close to a few places , like Niagra Falls, the mall, the university and the airport. I would stay here again when i come back to visit. "

"Rooms were much smaller than expected. The sliding door moved and covered bathroom door when bathroom was being used. Not good for toddlers as it exposed the ironing bored closet. Fresh fruit on the breakfast bar cut up was a pleasant treat. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. The value was expensive for the hotel location. "
