"We just needed an overnight stay as we traveled on to Gatlinburg. This property was perfect. Room was extremely clean as well as the area in the lobby where the complimentary breakfast was located. Enjoyed making a tasty waffle! Staff was friendly AND honest. I had left my wallet at the front desk. They notified me immediately and all was found intact. Only minor negatives were scent of room disinfectant a bit strong and slight traffic noise at night due to busy road nearby. For any bourbon fans, discovered motel was near Buffalo Trace. Tried to do a tour and tasting but arrived too late. However, motel is right next to Rebecca Ruth Candy. Turns out Ruth is the creator of the Bourbon Ball! We sampled and bought some to take home. A nice little surprise we would not have experienced if we had not chosen to stay at Bluegrass Inn."

"Enjoyed the stay and would stay again if back in Kentucky. Staff, cleanliness, amenities, breakfast, all day coffee all very good. The bed and pillows could be a bit better give a 4 out of 5. FYI your room has two doors, one thats like a motel faces the parking lot (so you can park right outside your room) and the other to the hallway to get to other rooms, lobby, pool etc..... "

"This was the second stay here at, The Manchester and it never disappoints. The staff is always wonderful, friendly and so helpful. The room was unique with the quad perfect for me and my friends. Everyone slept so comfortable-best sleep- one said. Lobby bar is where, you can hang out or go to the roof for dinner both have a great atmosphere. We were attending a concert next door at The Manchester Music Hall then Keenland spring meet the next day!"
