"Hotel hasn't been updated in 3 decades. They have enormous Amana heating/cooling units in each room that turn on every few hours blasting the room in noise. They charge you $3.00 for a bottled water. After $35.00 in taxes and fees they hit me with another $20.00 when we checked out only $10.00 of which was refunded. And awful old carpets (that can't be properly cleaned) on the floors. Ugh."

"To be honest, there are a few hotels of choice that I stay at depending upon where I stop. But when I do stay at the Holiday in Express, it is always clean, check-in and check out is quick. There are good choices for breakfast, but somehow, I always manage to miss bacon day. 😆 parking is free."

"Jghl hjghk"

"Clean room, cute vibes, great restaurants and location to Sleepy Hallow halloween fun!"

"Great customer service and extremely friendly front desk reservation desk staff."

"Yay"

"Everything was great"

"Found a ROACH IN MY ROOM FIRST 60min of my stay was trying to eat dinner at the desk in my room. was a tiny room but was clean was surprised to see a roach THE FRONT DESK HELPED ME OUT AND TRANSFERRED MY ROOM TO A BETTER ROOM AND DID NOT HAVE ANY more problems with ROACHES"

"What the $@#&"

"NO ICE. When I asked why they have no ice the front desk lady said they don’t have ice at this hotel. I again asked why and got a smart mouth answer. I’m trying to figure out why there are no ice machines she said they’re aren’t any. Dirty property. Unsafe parking area. Worn out carpet, bathroom fixtures, Pass on this crappy hotel!!!"

"Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected."
