"nice hotel in a bad neighborhood"

"Ich hatte einige negative Bewertungen gelesen, aber ich kann sagen, dass ich nur sehr wenig davon bestätigen kann. Die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, das Zimmer täglich gesäubert. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, das Büffet am Abend gemütlich, incl. Getränke, manchmal sogar mit Schnaps. Das Personal war extrem nett. Wir kommen wieder!!!"

"The person running the pool, Piotr I think was great with my son and Otter kids as weel. Helping them with swinging instructions at the same time being service minded towards other guests. We stayed 21-22 of july and it was Nice! "

"Ett fantastiskt hotell, 10/10! Rummen är jättefina, med stora balkonger. Stort badrum med golvvärme. Ett fantastiskt spa/ stor bassäng, tre bubbelpooler, sauna. På sommaren finns takpool och bar. Och vilken frukost sen! Inget saknades! Med en magiskt fin strand runt husknuten. "

"Breakfast is excellent, hard to beat. We got a top floor room with a nice view. Room was clean and I had no problems with noise. The hotel is conveniently located to the promenade and the beach. My stay was good, the only problem I had was with the billing. I got a $1400 charge in addition to the nightly rate that I was communicated. After a lot of back and forth and getting Expedia involved, I did eventually get the money back, but it wasn't the full amount (maybe because of the exchange rate...

"Wunderschön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage. Die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen. Für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern war der Platz ausreichend. Das Schwimmbad ist sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Wünschenswert wäre eine kleine Übersichtskarte für den Anreisetag. "

"Ein Mega Hotel. Tolles Personal. Alle sehr aufmerksam. Wir waren sehr zufrueden. PS: es fehlten Zahnputzgläser ..... .......im Bad zu wenig Möglichkeiten die Handtücher aufzuhängen...... Dennoch ein Top Hotel .....hatte erst vor 2-3 Wochen eröffnet......also nachbessern geht immer. Werden gerne wiederkommen, danke."

"Sehr nah am Strand gelegen am Ortsrand. Dadurch etwas abseits vom Trubel, was uns gut gefallen hat. Sehr großes Appartment mit sehr großem Balkon. Gutes Frühstück - im Restaurant war es etwas laut. Große Tiefgarage direkt unterhalb der Hotelgebäude."

"Wir hatten für 3 Nächte ein Appartment. Alles war super, von der Mitarbeiterin vor Ort, den kostenlosen Parkplatz, ruhige Lage, nicht weit zum Zentrum und zum Strand. "after 700 nights booked (and having 95+ % great experiences) we are quite simply shocked and near speechless about the horrors of this place. to cut it short: no heating. no hot water, no wifi (they gave us a password that didnt work with anything). when we wrote them that we can not proceed with the night wearing jackets and having no heating, they completely IGNORED us (all 3 messages) but wrote back another wifi password that "we can try".... the place looks and feels like an abandoned dump...
