"Leider wurden die Zimmer nicht gereinigt und nach Anfrage wurde mir zugesagt das es morgen gereinigt wird. Leider blieb es aber dabei keine Reinigung und keiner brachte frische Handtücher, die musste ich mir selber holen. Wegen Corona müsste man sich vorab für die Reinigung anmelden. Was allerdings auch nicht beim Check in erwähnte wurde. "

"Leider wurde die anfängliche Begeisterung über eine vermeintlich sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung schnell getrübt. Bei der Buchung und auf der Buchungsbestätigung war für die Wohnung immer die Adresse des Hotels angegeben, sprich mitten im Ort, direkt am Kurpark gelegen. Nach der Buchung bekamen wir eine automatische Nachricht, dass die Wohnung 2km vom Hotel entfernt sei. "We stayed for the third Advent weekend in the family room (sleeps 4). The interiour is a little old-fashioned but all was very clean and nicely done up. The service was excellent, staff and owners are very friendly, flexible, caring and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of cold food and one hot dish that changed daily. Good variety of fruit, juices and hot drinks. "
