Rooms are excellent. Comfortable beds and powerful shower. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a residential area with not much nearby. There is a bus stop directly outside and you can be in the old town in about 20 minutes using this.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly at all times and accomodate the rooms we have booked next to each other. I've been in the hotel 4 times and for sure will repeat next time I'm in San Sebastian

Staff was so kind! Hotel is on the hill, in the middle of the wood. One bus takes to the downtown, maybe 15 min ride.
