"When we arrived we asked about parking and were told everything was full so we asked about other options and the staff said he had no idea. So we walked around and found that the hotel parking was half empty. We parked there and the next day asked another staff and they said we found the correct place to park and it is usually not full. Very unhelpful staff. Also you need a code to access after 10 pm, the code worked but our room key stopped working and no one is available to help."
