The worst experience I ever had in a motel, the sheets were dirty, the room smells horrible and the attention at the front desk was terrible, and also you paid amount here in Expedia but when you get there they charge you for taxes

Priced Right for what it offered!

The check in was quick and easy. The room was clean. The comfort of the bed was excellent. The area of the Hotel was dark. The deadbolt on the door did not work. I saw a few tiny bugs in the room, could not identify what they were? The Price was right!

The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly. The room itself was not the cleanest. The sheets were covered with multiple stains and we ended up not sleeping under the covers. The room had multiple mirrors that were broken as well. Just not very clean.

This isn't a 8* motel or hotel by any means. There was one towel and one wash cloth not sure if clean or not .trash in both trash receptacles that were in room, and No Toilet Paper...This wouldn't have been a major problem but I went to office to try to retrieve linens and toilet paper and literally were closed and I had only just checked in an hour prior... Unable to get in touch with anyone. I then went to gas station across street to retrieve napkins and I had some paper towels in my car for a surgical wound that I have to dressing g changes on 4 times per day...when I returned to room I then tried to charge my phone and was looking for outlet. Noticed something the size of 5' inches by 5inches on floor behind headboard... Guess what it was a GLUE TRAP to catch RODENTS.... I am deathly afraid of. I have serious medical issues and was admitted into hospital last night after staying at the Cedar Grove in Altoona Pennsylvania. I tried to talk to office desk owner and Maid regarding a refund. I explain when I checked in that I literally lived hour away but wasn't able to deal with heat. And only stayed there to get out of heat and take shower and relax until morning so I could drive home... I was told I had to call to get refund online where I booked the room and reserved it.. I told him that he could just give me another room for me to shower and relax due to condition I was in from the stay in the room they put me in prior..I had assumed if there's rodents And trash,bugs...

Undesirable

Room was dirty. Ants on the bathroom vanity and the floor. Comforter and sheets had burn holes from cigarettes, not to mention the room smelled like a dirty ashtray. Only 1 of the 3 lightbulbs in the recessed lighting worked, which other than the bathroom light were the only lights. Broken mirror behind the headboard of the bed...Found out this is a favorite place for affairs and prostitution.

When I arrived at the property, I was told that they could NOT accommodate me. Desk clerk told me that he had notified Expedia at noon, Oct.9. explaining that my room had been destroyed by the previous occupant. I WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THIS!! Could not find another room in Altoona. Ended up cancelling my plans for the evening and driving back home, (2 hour drive.) Someone dropped the ball and it will affect which company I deal with in the future. Thanks for nothing.

Extremely filthy!! Never went to a room as front desk was horribly rude. While I was at the front desk seeking refund for the $9.00 Expedia withdrew from my bank account, the clerk took a call from a CRYING person (was on speaker phone, I heard the customer feeling so distraught saying this was the 2nd time she had to call for help about her accommodations), that had rented a room and was reporting the shower knob fell off in her hand. The clerk YELLED at the customer, "That's your problem, sorry about your bad luck, not our fault so tough luck for you!" There were broken out windows with tape on them, a lady mostly naked rummaging in a trash can and a man sitting in a chair by a door, spitting and looking like he was vomiting! My 13 year old grand-daughter had tears in her eyes as she BEGGED me not to make us stay there as she was feeling very scared and unsafe. PLEASE never list nor provide this unsafe, unhealthy and scary place risking Expedia's reputation as a booking service again and I would very much appreciate a full refund of the $9.00 withdrawn from my bank account. I have NEVER felt so disgusted and alarmed at any place on Earth as I felt upon entering the parking lot of this do drop in drug house appearing motel, very honestly sincere impression of this nasty nasty place.

Booked a room and was turned away because they had "no more rooms". I booked a day prior to showing up and was told that my reservation was all set to go. Not once did they call me to let me know that there weren't any rooms. Plus they tried to charge my card for the first night even though I didn't even stay there.
