"This is my third time using this hotel in Brampton, I truly enjoy staying there. The staff is excellent I’m very helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious and the restaurant is absolutely amazing. The food is excellent and so was Colette the waitress she’s an absolute gem.☺️"

"The front desk staff was amazing! They were professional and accommodating (all while leaning a new computer system!) The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast alone is reason enough to stay here! So many options available and the area was kept clean and organized. Shout out again to the front desk, all of them were amazing!"

"Clean room , clean hotel , friendly staff .breakfast was on the cold side , travel back and forth to train gets costly ( I thought it was free shuttle) not just day your flight comes and leaves . Snacks are stupid expensive at the hotel , i understand its a Hotel but come on $10 bucks for big bag of chips is robbery , nothing is within walking distance . The train getting to union station is a plus . Overall not bad but probably wouldn't stay again"

"Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The young lady who was the hostess in the breakfast area was very friendly very sociable and performed her job very proficiently. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name, but this was Tuesday the 28th that she worked."
